Meet Sabum NICHOLOS DUSARD

I started martial arts at 9 years old. When I was younger I was fascinated by the Mighty Morphing Power Rangers and I wanted to be a Power Ranger. I also loved WWE wrestling. So I know I wanted to be involved in some form of martial arts. 

Most memorable martial arts moment:

2014 ITF World Cup: Being a member of the organization committee for an amazing championship, and the real highlight was being a part of the gold medal winning Team sparring team. When Team Jamaica won that event we had created history and something I will never forget.

I am predominantly an instructor at a school in Ontario, Canada where I now reside. I still do compete for the Jamaican National Team.

What’s next?:

I still love competing so I will continue with that, hoping to be a part of this year's ITF World Cup in Spain. I also have a Kickboxing World Championship at the end of the year. My main focus these days however is building my brand and my school, where I can help the next generation progress and grow in the martial arts. I have realized more so now than ever how important martial arts can be in the life of the younger generations.

My experience working with Mightyfist:

I have had an amazing experience with Mightyfist. I was one of the first persons in Jamaica to use the Matrix dobok and it has been my go to ever since. I also have a great relationship with the Morris’ and consider them amazing people. We also have a great business relationship as I am currently the Mightyfist distributor in Jamaica. Throughout the process I must say I have felt the full support of the Mightyfist Team.
