1. Easiest mold I've worn so far

   Easy to wear: It's a much higher end material then most of the boiled mouth guards I've owned. It actually got super melty on the first boil, without actually falling apart. And Mighty Fist put some really easy to follow instructions inside the lid of the case.
   
   Popped it straight in my mouth and it molded on just right. DON'T FORGET NOT TO BITE!
   
   I almost bit through the back. Some of the really heavy rubber ones at the MMA stores require a good bite to get it to shape. This one does not.
   
   Effectiveness in combat: I managed to punch myself in the teeth holding the mits for my husband. Got a real nice looking bruise on my lip, but my teeth were just fine.
   
   About to order some for my students :)
