Returns and Replacement Policy
At Mightyfist, we are committed to providing high-quality martial arts apparel and equipment. To ensure a fair and efficient process for all our customers, please follow our return/exchange guidelines:
1. Report Within 14 Days
If you find a defect or wish to request a return for any reason, please contact us within 14 days of receiving your order. This allows us to address your concerns immediately.
2. Required Return Approval
To ensure your return is processed correctly, all returns must be pre-approved. To initiate the return/exchange process, please log into your account, locate your order and the items you wish you return/exchange and make the request.
Once approved, you will receive specific instructions for sending the items back.
Note: Unsolicited returns sent without prior approval will not be accepted.
3. Two-Week Return Window & Fees
Once your return is approved, the items must reach our warehouse within 2 weeks (14 days) of the approval date.
Restocking Fee: A 15% restocking fee (based on product value) applies to all returns.
Fee Waiver: If we receive your returned items within 14 days of the approval date, we will completely waive the 15% restocking fee.
4. Shipping & Store Credit
Return Shipping: All costs associated with shipping the items back to us are the responsibility of the customer.
Original Shipping: Any shipping fees paid at the time of the original order are non-refundable.
Store Credit Value: Once the return is inspected and approved, we will issue a store credit for the value of the product only (minus any applicable restocking fees).
5. Condition of Items
To be eligible for returns/exchanges, all items must be returned in their original, unused, and unwashed condition. Items showing signs of wear, scent, or laundering will not be accepted.
Shipping
We can ship to virtually any address in the world. Note that there are restrictions on some products, and some products cannot be shipped to international destinations.

When you place an order, we will estimate shipping and delivery dates for you based on the availability of your items and the shipping options you choose. Depending on the shipping provider you choose, shipping date estimates may appear on the shipping quotes page.
Please also note that the shipping rates for many items we sell are weight-based. The weight of any such item can be found on its detail page. To reflect the policies of the shipping companies we use, all weights will be rounded up to the next full pound.
